Subscription & Paid Feature Terms

These Subscription & Paid Feature Terms apply to paid Vybz Hub memberships, recurring subscriptions, boosts, credits, featured placements, and other eligible paid digital features.

They supplement the Vybz Hub Terms of Use.

1. Paid Plans

Vybz Hub may offer free and paid membership levels, including the subscription tiers displayed in the current application or website.

Available features, limits, credits, promotional benefits, and prices may vary by plan, platform, region, and billing period.

The purchase screen presented before payment controls the price and billing period applicable to a transaction.

2. Billing Platforms

Depending on device and purchase type, payment may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another authorized payment provider where supported.

Your purchase may also be governed by the billing platform’s terms.

3. Recurring Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

A recurring subscription renews automatically at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before renewal in accordance with the billing platform’s rules.

The renewal price will be the price disclosed by the applicable billing platform, subject to notice or consent requirements for price changes.

Deleting the Vybz Hub app or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active third-party subscription.

4. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple must generally be managed through the user’s Apple account.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must generally be managed through the user’s Google Play account.

Web/Stripe subscriptions, where offered, should be managed through the subscription-management method presented for that purchase.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically terminate already-paid access before the end of the current billing period unless required by law or the billing platform.

5. Trials and Promotions

If Vybz Hub offers a free or discounted trial, the applicable duration, eligibility rules, renewal behavior, and price after the trial will be disclosed before enrollment.

Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, a trial may convert to a paid recurring subscription if not cancelled before the trial ends.

Promotional eligibility may be limited by account, platform, region, prior subscription history, or other disclosed criteria.

6. Restore Purchases

Where supported, users may restore eligible App Store or Google Play purchases associated with the same platform account.

Restoration is subject to the billing platform’s records and Vybz Hub’s entitlement-verification process.

7. Subscription Entitlements

Paid features are available only while the associated entitlement is valid.

Vybz Hub may verify purchases with Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment systems before activating or continuing paid access.

Entitlements may be suspended or removed where a purchase is cancelled, refunded, revoked, reversed, fraudulent, expired, or otherwise invalid.

8. Boosts and Credits

Vybz Hub may offer boosts, credits, featured placement, or other promotional tools.

A boost or promotional credit:

• is a digital platform benefit;
• does not guarantee attendance, views, ticket sales, revenue, ranking, or any specific commercial outcome;
• may have an eligibility period, duration, usage limit, or expiration described at purchase; and
• may not be transferable unless Vybz Hub expressly allows it.

Where a subscription includes promotional credits, the current in-app or website plan description controls the quantity and eligibility.

9. One-Time Purchases

Some paid features may be purchased as one-time digital purchases.

A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the purchase screen expressly states that it is recurring.

10. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase.

Taxes may be included or added as required by the billing platform or applicable law.

App-store pricing may vary by region because of exchange rates, tax rules, and platform pricing structures.

11. Price and Feature Changes

Vybz Hub may change the price, features, limits, credits, or availability of paid plans for future billing periods.

Where required, active subscribers will receive advance notice or be asked for consent before a material recurring-price change takes effect.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, applicable law, and payment platform.

For purchases made through Apple or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted to the applicable app store.

For Stripe/web purchases, any refund is subject to the refund terms presented for that purchase and applicable law.

Vybz Hub does not guarantee that a refund request will be approved by a third-party billing platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, charged back, revoked, or otherwise becomes invalid, Vybz Hub may suspend or remove the related paid entitlement to the extent permitted by law.

14. Account Deletion

Deleting a Vybz Hub account does not necessarily cancel an App Store, Google Play, or other externally managed recurring subscription.

Users should cancel subscriptions through the applicable billing platform before deleting an account if they do not want future renewals.

15. Changes to Paid Features

Vybz Hub may add, modify, or discontinue paid features or plans.

Material changes to an active recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and billing-platform requirements.

16. No Guaranteed Business Results

Subscriptions, boosts, featured placements, and promotional tools provide access to platform features only.

Vybz Hub does not guarantee event attendance, ticket sales, impressions, engagement, revenue, or other business results.

17. Changes to These Terms

Vybz Hub may update these Terms. Where legally or operationally required, notice or renewed acceptance may be requested for future purchases or renewals.

For billing transactions controlled by Apple or Google, users may also need to contact the applicable billing platform.
