Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

Vybz Hub's accessibility commitments, WCAG 2.2 AA reference standard, event accessibility notes and how to send feedback.

Vybz Hub is committed to making its website and mobile experiences usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Our Approach

Vybz Hub aims to incorporate accessible design practices such as:

  • keyboard-accessible controls on the website;
  • semantic labels and form instructions;
  • visible focus indicators;
  • readable text and contrast;
  • accessible dialogs and confirmations;
  • meaningful status and error messages;
  • alternatives to camera-only ticket scanning where supported;
  • responsive layouts for different screen sizes and zoom levels; and
  • compatibility with common assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

Standards

Vybz Hub aims to use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference where reasonably practicable.

This statement does not claim that every screen or feature has been independently certified as fully conformant unless and until such an audit is completed.

Event Accessibility

Vybz Hub is generally not the organizer or venue. Accessibility at a physical event—including seating, entrances, interpreters, parking, accommodations, and venue services—is normally controlled by the event organizer or venue.

Users should review event information and contact the organizer or venue for event-specific accessibility needs.

Feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier in Vybz Hub, please contact us through the support/contact method published by Vybz Hub and describe the feature, page, device/browser, and issue if possible.

We will use reasonable efforts to review accessibility feedback and improve supported features.
