Acceptable Use & Prohibited Events Policy

Content, events and conduct that are not permitted on Vybz Hub, plus how Vybz Hub enforces and how to report violations.

Vybz Hub is intended for lawful event discovery, promotion, ticketing, advertising, and related community activity. This policy describes content, events, and conduct that are not permitted.

1. Illegal Activity

You may not use Vybz Hub to organize, promote, facilitate, transact for, or conceal activity that is illegal in the place where the activity occurs or where the transaction is processed.

2. Fraud and Deception

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • fake or fictitious events;
  • selling tickets without authority;
  • materially misleading event descriptions;
  • impersonating organizers, performers, venues, or Vybz Hub;
  • payment fraud or chargeback fraud;
  • manipulating inventory, check-ins, payouts, reviews, or engagement metrics; and
  • schemes designed to collect money or personal information under false pretenses.

3. Exploitation and Abuse

Content or events involving sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, non-consensual sexual activity, exploitation, or other unlawful abuse are prohibited.

4. Violence and Dangerous Conduct

Vybz Hub may prohibit events or content that credibly facilitates unlawful violence, targeted threats, terrorism, or conduct presenting an unreasonable and foreseeable risk of serious harm.

Lawful sporting, entertainment, cultural, or expressive events are not prohibited merely because they involve physical activity or controversial subject matter.

5. Hate and Harassment

Users may not use Vybz Hub to threaten, harass, stalk, or target individuals or protected groups for unlawful abuse or violence.

6. Regulated Goods and Activities

Events involving alcohol, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, financial products, adult entertainment, or other regulated activities must comply with all licensing, age, location, advertising, and transaction laws.

Vybz Hub may reject or restrict an event where the organizer cannot demonstrate required authority or where the platform cannot lawfully support the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

Users may not upload or promote content that they know infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Vybz Hub may remove content and respond to valid rights-holder complaints in accordance with applicable law.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Users may not scrape, harvest, publish, sell, or misuse personal information obtained through Vybz Hub in violation of law or platform policy.

Promoters must not copy or expose attendee ticket QR credentials.

9. Malware and Platform Abuse

Users may not introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, conduct unauthorized security testing, scrape restricted data, automate abusive activity, or interfere with platform availability.

10. Ticketing Abuse

Users and promoters may not:

  • duplicate or forge ticket credentials;
  • bypass inventory controls;
  • evade ticket limits using deceptive methods;
  • disguise electronic sales as door cash;
  • circumvent authorized refund or cancellation processes; or
  • use transfers to facilitate unlawful ticket fraud or prohibited resale conduct.

11. Advertising

Advertisements must be truthful, authorized, and lawful. Ads may not contain malicious links, deceptive claims, prohibited products/services, or content that violates this policy.

12. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, Vybz Hub may reject or remove content, restrict an event, suspend ticket sales, restrict payouts, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities.

Where appropriate, Vybz Hub may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal, subject to safety, fraud, legal, and security considerations.

13. Reporting

Users may report suspected prohibited events or conduct through the support/reporting method published by Vybz Hub.
