Promoter & Event Organizer Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

Standards for promoters and organizers listing events on Vybz Hub, including accuracy, conduct, compliance and enforcement.

This policy summarizes key responsibilities of promoters and event organizers using Vybz Hub. Promoters who enable Vybz Hub ticketing are also bound by the Promoter Ticketing Agreement.

1. Authority to List an Event

You may list or manage an event only if you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for obtaining required venue approvals, permits, licenses, performer rights, insurance, tax registrations, and other legal authority.

2. Accurate Event Information

Event listings must accurately describe material details, including date, time, venue, location, admission rules, age restrictions, ticket benefits, pricing, performers where material, and accessibility information where available.

Material changes should be communicated promptly.

3. Event Operations

The organizer—not Vybz Hub—is responsible for producing and operating the event, including venue arrangements, staffing, safety, security, crowd management, performers/vendors, legal compliance, and attendee service.

4. Admission Rules

Organizers may establish lawful event-specific rules such as age, ID, entry cutoff, dress, prohibited items, and security requirements.

Rules must not violate applicable law or Vybz Hub policy and should be disclosed where reasonably practicable.

5. Ticketing

Promoters using Vybz Hub ticketing must use Vybz Hub’s authorized ticket inventory, payment, transfer, scanning, refund, and cancellation processes.

Promoters must not manipulate inventory, duplicate ticket credentials, bypass fees, or sell tickets without authority.

6. Door Cash

Authorized door cash is collected directly by the promoter or event seller. Vybz Hub does not hold those funds and does not owe a future payout for them.

The promoter is responsible for eligible cash refunds.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

Promoters must use the authorized cancellation workflow for events with Vybz Hub ticket sales.

Postponements, reschedules, venue changes, and material changes must be communicated promptly and must not be used to evade refund obligations.

8. Customer Service

Promoters are responsible for reasonable attendee support relating to event operations, venue access, event-specific policies, and organizer-controlled issues.

9. Refunds, Disputes, and Financial Responsibility

Promoters may be responsible for refund liabilities, disputes, chargebacks, or other losses attributable to the event or promoter, subject to the Promoter Ticketing Agreement and applicable law.

Vybz Hub may apply authorized holds or offsets before payout where necessary.

10. Personal Information

Promoters may use attendee information only as reasonably necessary for the event, ticketing, customer service, safety, legal compliance, or another lawful purpose allowed by Vybz Hub policy.

Promoters must not misuse ticket QR credentials or customer payment information.

11. Prohibited Events

Promoters must comply with the Acceptable Use & Prohibited Events Policy.

Vybz Hub may reject, remove, suspend, or investigate an event that creates legal, safety, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.

12. No Guaranteed Results

Vybz Hub does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, revenue, impressions, engagement, or event success.

13. Contact

Promoter questions may be submitted through the support/contact method published by Vybz Hub.
